The Cover says it was from 15th April 1973, Long Beach Arena, CA
The cover also claims it was Ritchie playing.
At least that's true for the second part, starting with the organ improvisation,
but the first songs are definitely Tommy Bolin.
Still the date can't be correct, since we hear Coverdale singing, but at the claimed date Ian was still in the band.
The sound quality of the first part (Bolin) is excellent, although Tommy's peformance isn't.
The second part (Blackmore) seems to be taken from a vinyl piece, you can hear the cracks
